Ingredients to prepare mushroom risotto with Thermomix, creamy and delicious (4 people):

  • 400 gr of arborio rice or special rice for risotto.
  • 200 gr of fresh and clean mushrooms.
  • 1 onion (about 150 g) in quarters or 150 g of shallots in halves.
  • 100 grams of white wine.

  • 50 gr of Parmesan or Grana Padano cheese in 2-3 cm pieces.
  • 40 grams of olive oil.
  • 1 dessert spoon of salt.
  • To decorate, a little chopped fresh basil.

Preparation, how to make the mushroom risotto recipe with Thermomix, creamy and delicious:

  1. put the parmesan or grana padano cheese in the glass and crush it for 15 or 20 seconds at speed 10. It will be like the powdered cheese that we usually find on sale. Reserve it separately.
