They are also easier to cook than you might think and they need simple cooking and few other ingredients to be delicious.

These lentils are very tasty but if you miss the typical touch of chorizo ​​or bacon No problem. You can cut them into strips or slices and add a new step, just after 3 and before 4, add these ingredients and fry for another 5 minutes at 120ºC and speed 1. Tips:

If you are going to eat them at the moment and you need them more liquid you just have to add a little more water and continue heating them for another 3 or 4 minutes. Instead if you want them thicker the simple rest of a few hours will serve you but if you want them thicker at the moment, take the lentils out of the Thermomix but reserving inside it, reserve 3 or 4 tablespoons of lentils, crush them until they are pureed and add the rest of the the lentils.

To make this dish yet more complete you can add a little rice for example about 40-50 gr, at the same time as the lentils.
