- Assorted lettuce. I like to use a mixture of lettuce sprouts for this salad, although lamb’s lettuce, escarole or arugula would also be great.
- 1/4 papaya.
- 1 small jar of hearts of palm. It usually weighs about 400 gr and carries 8-10 hearts of palm.
- 100 gr of feta cheese, either on a griddle or already in cubes.
- Roasted and peeled peanuts.
- Extra virgin olive oil and salt.
Preparation, how to make the recipe for papaya salad with feta cheese and hearts of palm:
- If the peanuts They were not toasted, you can do it at home, either in the oven at 180ºC for a few minutes until they are golden or in a pan. To toast them in a frying pan, put them in one along with a tablespoon of olive oil and medium heat.
