Preparation, how to make the Nocilla or Nutella recipe with Thermomix (cocoa and hazelnut cream):
- If the hazelnuts that you have are raw, the first step is to toast them. To do this, put them on an oven tray and bake them at 180ºC for about 12-15 minutes, stirring them when they are halfway through the time. You can also resort to this trick of use: if one day you have turned on the oven, take advantage and when you have turned it off and it is still hot, put the hazelnuts in it on a tray, leave them for 10 minutes, stir them a little and another 10 minutes, or until that you see that they are golden and always avoiding that they burn. This way you don’t spend more energy and take advantage of the residual heat of the oven, it’s just a matter of organizing yourself a little and that’s how I always do it.
- We already have the toasted hazelnuts
- Throw the hazelnuts in the glass of the Thermomix.

- After the second grinding the texture is creamier
